These Terms govern your use of FurrFind: AI Breed Identifier, developed by Mian Muhammad Athar. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use FurrFind on supported iOS devices. You do not receive ownership of the app, models, design, code, or related materials.
Breed identification results are generated by automated image analysis and are for informational purposes only. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for veterinary advice, health assessment, genetic testing, or professional animal care.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, resell, rent, sublicense, or use FurrFind for commercial resale. You may not use the app in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or interferes with app operation.
If FurrFind offers optional paid features, premium access, or subscriptions, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's billing, cancellation, refund, family sharing, and subscription rules. The developer does not directly process or store your payment card information.
Subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings before renewal. Prices, taxes, trial terms, renewal periods, and refund eligibility are shown by Apple at purchase time and managed by Apple. Restorable purchases should be restored through the app or the App Store account used for the original purchase.
FurrFind may be available in multiple countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, and other App Store regions. You are responsible for using the app only where lawful and in compliance with local rules that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your country or region, including mandatory consumer protection rights in the United Kingdom, European Union member states such as Germany, Switzerland, or United States state law where applicable.
FurrFind is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer makes no warranties regarding availability, uninterrupted use, error-free operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, lost data, device problems, animal care decisions, purchase disputes handled by Apple, or claims arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to FurrFind is capped at the amount you paid directly for the app or in-app purchase at issue during the six months before the claim arose. For free features, that amount may be zero. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable rights.
The developer may suspend, withdraw, or discontinue access to FurrFind at any time, including for operational, legal, platform, or security reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. International users acknowledge that local laws may also apply, but use of the app remains subject to these Terms where permitted.
