Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Fair Slice: Slice & Cut Puzzle (“Fair Slice”, “the app”) handles information. The developer and data controller is Mian Muhammad Athar (atharmushtaq9@gmail.com).

Summary

Data Stored on Your Device

Game progress, stars, coins, lives, settings, purchased cosmetics and your Perfect-Cut Album are stored locally on your device. The developer does not receive or store this data on any server.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect the device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking through App Tracking Transparency; AAID on Android), approximate location derived from your IP address, ad interaction data and diagnostic data, in order to serve, measure and personalise ads and prevent fraud.

Where required (for example in the EEA, UK and certain US states), consent is collected through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form. If you do not consent, ads are not personalised. You can change your ad choices at any time in the app’s privacy settings and in your device settings. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Analytics and Crash Reports (Firebase)

Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google) collect app usage events, crash logs, device model, operating system version and an app instance ID. We use this to understand how the game is played and to fix crashes. Collection is controlled by your consent choices in the app. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.

In-App Purchases

Optional purchases (cosmetic skins and the 28-day Slice Pass) are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The developer never receives your payment card details.

Sharing

When you share a result card or a Perfect cut, the app uses your device’s system share sheet. The app itself does not upload the image anywhere.

Children

Fair Slice is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local data stays on your device until you use Settings > Reset progress or delete the app. Data held by Google is retained under Google’s policies. See the Data Deletion page.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. You can withdraw consent in the app’s privacy settings, limit ad tracking in your device settings, or email atharmushtaq9@gmail.com. We do not sell personal information for money.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
