4. In-App Purchases

The app may offer optional in-app purchases or premium features. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's own billing, refund, and subscription rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All game content, branding, code, graphics, user interface elements, sounds, logos, and related materials are owned by AI Grandfather / Block Scramble or used with permission and are protected by applicable laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of Block Scramble is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Changes

We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the app at any time. We may also revise these Terms when needed to reflect product or legal changes.

8. Disclaimer

Block Scramble is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding availability, uninterrupted use, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Grandfather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
