If the app offers subscriptions, they renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings before the renewal date. Prices, taxes, free trials, renewal periods, cancellation options, and refund eligibility are shown by Apple at purchase time and managed through Apple. We cannot access your full payment card details, directly issue Apple refunds, or change Apple billing records.

Restorable purchases should be restored through the in-app restore option or the App Store account used for the original purchase. If an App Store transaction fails, is delayed, is declined, or is refunded by Apple, access to the related paid feature may be unavailable or removed.

All game content, branding, code, graphics, user interface elements, sounds, logos, and related materials are owned by AI Grandfather / Block Crush - Puzzle Games New or used with permission and are protected by applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid directly for the app or in-app purchase at issue during the six months before the claim arose. For free features, that amount may be zero. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable rights.
